The SBSV is an informal group of local radio amateurs providing Emergency communications (Emcomm) covering the South-West region of Norway (as depicted by the dark green area on this map, named “Sør-Vest”)

SBSV is composed of dedicated members from two local NRRL radio groups LA1J (Jaeren) in the South, and LA4C (Haugaland) in the North, who are interested in -, and trained for -, radio communications in an Emcomm environment.
